I would like to thank God first of all for allowing us and giving us the grace that we were able to pray to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Blessed Virgin Mary throughout the months of May and June. It was a risk when I pastorally decided that we will gather despite the lockdown to pray for us to overcome the challenges of the pandemic. Indeed our fervent prayers were answered. We were able to open our churches once again on the Feast of Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart of Mary.
I encourage all of you to keep on praying to the Sacred Heart as commended by the Archbishop of Toronto Cardinal Thomas Collins for the continuous recovery of all the aspects of our daily lives.
Please continue to observe the public health guidelines for the safety of all. Safety is our priority.
God’s blessing to all.
Your brother in Christ,
Fr. Fernan Serrano
