Tax Receipts

Posted : Dec-03-2025

Parish 2025 tax receipts for weekly donations, PAG, second collections and donations to Sharelife made through the parish will be issued the first week of February 2026.

Receipts for Donate Now made through Credit card, and any donations made directly to the Archdiocese will be issued and mailed by the Archdiocese of Toronto.

Guidelines for Claiming a Tax Receipt
1. Request only your own tax receipt.  Tax receipts will be issued only to the person who made the donation.
2. Authorization is required for someone else’s receipt.  Due to privacy laws, we cannot release a tax receipt to anyone other than the donor.  If you are requesting a tax receipt on behalf of another person, you must provide a letter of authorization from them.
3. Sign the sign-up form.  Please sign the form to confirm that you have claimed and received your tax receipt.
4. Keep your receipt in a safe place.  Tax receipts are important documents—please do not lose them.
5. Replacement copies have a $5 fee.  If you need a reprinted tax receipt, a $5 charge will apply to cover accountant fees, paper, toner, and envelope.
