First Communion and Confirmation 2026

The Sacramental Preparation Information Registration for 2025-2026 will be on September 14, 2025 (Sunday).
First Reconciliation & First Communion is at 10:00 am.  Confirmation is at 1:00 pm.

We only give one information session in a year. If you miss this information session you will have to wait for next year.

Parents must be active parishioners of the parish. Please check with the parish office to ensure you are registered parishioner.

Bring the following:
1. Completed sacramental registration form (available here)
2. Child’s Baptismal Certificate
3. First Holy Communion Certificate (only for Confirmands)
4. Letter of permission from your pastor if you are registered somewhere else.
5. Sponsor Forms (only for Confirmands) – available here.
6. Donation of $100/per child (cash or cheque) to defray the cost of materials used for the sacramental programs. This particular donation will not be included in your tax receipt. If this is a concern please talk to Fr. Serrano.

Note: We only need the photocopies for the certificates.
