Important information for envelope users

Please write your name and phone number on your donation envelope, especially if you were given a new number.
Donation envelopes are non-transferable.  If you wish to use envelopes, please let the office know. We will give you a box.
If you are using another envelope in another parish, you have to write your complete name and phone number on the envelope in order for us to enter your donation in the system.
We don’t throw your old donation envelopes in the garbage. We have all documents & donation envelopes shredded. We value your privacy. So please write your name & address on the envelopes.

Reminders:
1. Do not use your envelopes from previous years, please destroy them.
2. Fill in your name and address on each envelope for the first month when you start using your 2024 box of envelopes.
3. The number on your box of envelopes is designated for your use only.
4. Please do not give your envelopes to anyone else outside of your household.
5. If you wish to have a 2024 donation box please fill out a registration form and drop by the office for your donation box.
