Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (formerly RCIA)

This Parish has conducted religious education for adults seeking to join the Catholic Church for nearly 30 years.  The program is called the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA, formerly RCIA)

Is this you? We especially invite:

• our non-Catholic Christian brothers and sisters and
• the non-Catholic spouses who are married to our registered parishioners and
• those who are baptized in the Catholic Church but have not received all the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist) and
• those who are interested in knowing more about the Catholic faith.

Have questions about the Catholic faith? Talk to us! We encourage you to contact us at any time so that we can meet you, answer your questions, and provide you with some resources.

We welcome you into our Parish!  If you are interested in learning more about the Catholic faith, please consider our OCIA program. In these classes, adults learn about the Catholic tradition and prepare for the sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation.

How Does One Become Catholic?  The process of welcoming those who wish to enter the Catholic Church is the OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) program.

Information on the requirements for these positions may be obtained from the OCIA director.
