Memorial Mass

The annual Mass for deceased family members of parishioners will be held on Friday, Nov. 8, 2024.   Rosary at 6:30 pm, followed by Mass at 7:00 pm.

GUIDELINES:
1. This is a Mass requested by IMMEDIATE FAMILY only.
2. Your loved one died from NOVEMBER 2023 UNTIL OCTOBER 2024 only.
3. Funeral Service was held at St. Bartholomew or Funeral Service was presided by Fr. Serrano.
4. One candle will be provided for every family. If you wish to have more, a donation of $10 will be appreciated.
5. Please submit name of deceased, date of death, your relationship on or before October 25, 2024 (Friday). Email is preferred but you can also call the office. Just leave a message. For email, write on the subject line: Memorial Mass.
6. We also have the form available in the office. We will also need the name and phone number of the people who will be joining the Memorial Mass.
